Our Favorite Meals- Free Printable PDF

Meal Planning can be so tough sometimes. There is good news! More than likely you have been making meals for your family for a while now, so you already know what your family likes to eat.

I know that sounded too simple, but today we are going to start lists of all our family favorites. We will have a list for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and sweets.

This way when it is time to meal plan, you don’t all of a sudden have to think about what good options would be to make. You can simply pull out these lists and be inspired by meals you have already made.

Try out a new recipe this week and it was a hit? Make sure to add it to the list for another time!

You could even meal plan each week just by pulling 3-4 items off each list. Boom! Your meal plan is full of items that you already know work well for you.

These are set up to print on standard 8.5 x 11 paper. If you don’t have a printer at home, check out your local library, Goodwill career center, school, etc. Most of these options are free or very low cost!

Next Steps

Once you have your lists, I want you to take your time. You don’t have to fill this completely full right away. It’s actually better if you have some blank spaces.

This way as you try new recipes and ideas out, you have room to add. Of course, you can always print more sheets…..

But the point is to just keep these lists handy and work on them over time. Ask your kids and spouse, to help you fill these in. They may mention some dishes that you didn’t think of yet!
