7-Day Family Meal Plan (Week #15)

This week we tried out some new recipes and included some family favorites. We also threw in a slow-cooker/crockpot meal and some fun new breakfast ideas!

We try to include a full week of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, and a sweet treat every week while staying under $100 grocery budget.

I know we have all seen the “Feed your Family for $X” but then you find out they already had a bunch of stuff so their total isn’t realistic for anyone else. Well, we don’t do that!

This meal plan came out to $97.13 at the Austin, TX Super Walmart and anyone can do the same plan. We try to include absolutely everything you will need, but we do assume you have a few items (cooking oil, white sugar, butter, and flour).

Family Meal Plan

Grocery List

You may already have some of these items so make sure to check your pantry, fridge, and freezer before you go shopping!

Here are some visuals in case you are not familiar with some of the products!

Daily Menu

Here is a breakdown of how you can do the menu but remember you can move things around to suit your family’s needs.

Where is Day 7?

My goal each and every week is to have little to no food waste. My Day 7 typically falls on a Saturday, so we make every effort possible to eat everything that is left in the fridge that needs to be used up.

This helps me not only reduce food waste but also to have a nice clean slate. Once the fridge is empty it is a great time to clean and wipe it down, so it is ready for the next round of groceries.

Free Printable PDF Version

I know lots of people like having a physical copy that they can look at all week, so this is a totally free printable version. I try to up the font size as well, so it may be easier to read compared to the pictures!

We really hope you enjoyed this week’s meal plan! If you want to see new menus every week, we encourage you to join our Facebook page where we post new menus every Saturday morning. Check it out here: Low Dough Family Facebook Page.
