$100 or Less Full Week Meal Plan (Week #18)

We are back this week with a full meal plan for a family of four. Not just dinners, we also included breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and a sweet treat!

We did switch up things a little bit, because instead of pricing at a Super Walmart this week, we priced everything out at the Neighborhood Market Walmart in Bellevue, Washington.

Neighborhood markets tend to have slightly smaller selections and occasionally higher prices. So, depending on which type of Walmart you shop at, your prices may vary some. (mostly it should go down!)

Our total still came out to $95.98, so we it still came out under budget! Wooohooo!

Meal Plan Overview

Here is a complete overview of what we are having this week!

Grocery List

Here is the shopping list that is broken down by each section of the grocery store. This helps us be better efficient and make shopping quicker!

In case you are not familiar with all the items, I have included some visuals!

I also just recently figured out how to make a shareable grocery list for Walmart! So if you click here: Walmart Favorites List.

It will take you to Walmart, and show you everything on the shopping list. Then you can add any items you need to your cart.

This will default to the Bellevue, Washington location, so just change the zip code to your area to see local prices!

Daily Breakdown & Recipes

This is just a suggestion of how to order these meals, but you can do them any way you like!

Where is Day 7?

Day 7 typically falls on a Saturday at my house, so I leave that full day for leftovers. One of the easiest ways to save money on groceries is to use them all up.

This not only keeps us from throwing away a bunch of food, but also makes us more intentional with what we buy.

I also like to clean out my fridge on Saturdays so I start with a clean slate for the next week!
