No Oven Meal Plan at Walmart for Under $100 (Week #29)

This week we are doing a full week of meals for a Family of Four that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and a sweet treat. All of this at Walmart with a $100 budget!

We priced our menu at the Super Walmart in the Rockaway, New Jersey area. *Fun fact: Rockaway does have a closer Walmart but apparently it does not have a produce section, so we used the closest Super Walmart*

As always, we have included everything you will need for this full menu, but we do assume you already have your preferred cooking oil, a little sugar, and your favorite seasonings. (Check the list, you probably already have some of these items at home!)

We also try to use simple ingredients, lots of pantry staples, and we keep our recipes simple so you can easily make substitutions or add anything else you like! These are ideas to inspire you, so you can make this meal plan perfect for your family!

Full Week of Meals

Here is the overview for this week:

Shopping List

Here is the strategic shopping list for this meal plan, broken out into the different sections of the store.

As you can see our total for the full grocery list was $91.44. If you want to see the full shopping list on Walmart in your area, all you have to do is click my favorites list and change the zip code to your area.

In case you are not familiar with all the items, I have included some visuals!

Please note that some products may not be available in every area and every store. You may need to adjust as needed.

Daily Breakdown & Recipes

This is just a suggestion of how to order these meals, but you can do them any way you like!

Where is Day 7?

Day 7 typically falls on a Saturday at my house, so I leave that full day for leftovers. One of the easiest ways to save money on groceries is to use them all up.

This not only keeps us from throwing away a bunch of food, but also makes us more intentional with what we buy.

I also like to clean out my fridge on Saturdays, so I start with a clean slate for the next week!
