Grocery List Needed for the Mini Menu

If you want to see the full shopping list on Walmart in your area, all you have to do is click my Walmart Grocery list and change the zip code to your area. *This is an affiliate link, and I do make a small commission on any purchases, but at no additional cost to you!*

**** Please note, that every once in a while, an item that I pick turns out to be regional. This means that it may be a much higher price in some areas. Always double check the list and if you see an item that is much higher than normal, just adjust as needed.

Bacon, Egg, & Avocado Wraps

This is a super fun dinner that is easily customizable! If you are not a fan of avocado, you can easily swap it out for lettuce and tomato, maybe some salsa, or any other fun veggie options like canned corn or cucumber.

Crispy Potato & Egg Skillet

This is a simple dinner but a tasty one! If you want to skip sweet potatoes, you can easily use any type of potato including dehydrated hash browns or frozen potatoes. You can also skip the sausage links and use ground sausage or sausage patties.

Breakfast Burrito Bowls

I am a huge fan of rice bowls, so why not do one in a breakfast style? This is a great way to use up leftover rice, bacon, and really any vegetables laying around in your fridge!

Possible Variations

Breakfast for dinner is anything you make it! There are no rules here, so I want you to think outside the box.

Check your pantry, fridge, and freezer for items that sound good or that you know already work. Then try those items in a wrap, a skillet meal, or a rice bowl.

It’s really that simple! Take things you love and simply try them in new ways. As a bonus these can be made for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner!
