6 Super Easy Dinners for Under $60 (Week #33)
I don’t know about you, but my dance card is filling up very quickly lately. This means I need some super easy dinners that can be made with just a few ingredients.
This week we are using our crockpot, doing some one pot meals, and keeping our theme as “Yummy & Easy”.
This week we are shopping at the local Super Walmart Center in the Gibsonia, PA area. Our budget was $60, and we came in super close with a total of $59.73!
*We updated the prices on this menu in August 2025, and the new total was $63.48. The really wasn’t any big jumps in price for any one item, it was really more of 25 cents here and 20 cents there.
*We updated the prices again in July 2026, the new total was $63.98! Not bad for another year later!*

Super Easy Meals this Week
Each of these meals could easily serve 4-6 people depending on appetite. So, if you are a family of four, you could have plenty of leftovers the next day for lunches.
