Low Cost One Pot Pasta Meals (Free PDF)

On those busy nights that you are stressed, hungry, and just want to throw stuff together really quick, you should try some One Pot Pasta Meals.

These are as simple as a Hamburger Helper, but much better flavor and a great way to add in some veggies for picky eaters.

Now you can always add more to these dishes if you want to stretch them a little further. I like to add a simple side salad, some bread, or even more veggies. We typically serve our dinners with fruit as well.

1. Bacon and Pea Linguine

2. Mediterranean Tuna Noodle Skillet

If you are not a fan of tuna, you can easily substitute canned chicken or shredded cooked chicken.

3. Creamy Chicken Pesto Pasta

I really like this creamy roasted garlic pesto sauce from Prego because it is mild in flavor. My kids really like it too! If you want a stronger pesto flavor, you can easily use just straight pesto sauce.

4. Monterey Chicken Pasta

I swear this one is even better the next day when those flavors really meld together!

5. Ham and Veggie Pasta

This one is a staple in our house to use up leftover ham after holidays!

6. Swedish Meatball Pasta

If you like extra creamy, add in some sour creamy at the end and mix well!

7. One Pan Taco Pasta

This is a great one to use up leftover taco meat as well!

8. Chili Shrimp Noodles

This one may not be as kid-friendly, but my husband and I love this!
