Under $100 Kid-Friendly Walmart Meal Plan (Week #32)

Whether it is the end of summer or you are back in the swing of Back to School, it is still hot and getting up the energy to cook can be hard. So we are back with more low effort, no oven meals for a whole week.

This time we included breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert all for under $100 at your local Walmart! Our prices this week are from Billings, Montana at their Walmart Super Center.

We try to include every single item you will need for this meal plan, but we do assume you have some basics. This week you will need butter, flour, mayo, white sugar, and either vinegar or pickle juice. (These are all items from previous plans, so hopefully you have them, but if not, these tend to be fairly cheap!)

Hopefully this week’s menu works for you, but you can always adjust this to for your family’s needs and preferences!

***We updated the pricing in July 2026, and the total came out to $86.46!! That means after 2 years, the total went down about 3 dollars!!***

Full Week Menu

Here is our overview this week:

Shopping List

Here is the strategic shopping list for this meal plan, broken out into the different sections of the store.

If you want to see the full shopping list on Walmart in your area, all you have to do is click my Walmart Grocery list and change the zip code to your area. *This is an affiliate link, and I do make a small commission on any purchases, but at no additional cost to you!*

**** Please note, that every once in a while, an item that I pick turns out to be regional. This means that it may be a much higher price in some areas. Always double check the list and if you see an item that is much higher than normal, just adjust as needed.

In case you are not familiar with all the items, I have included some visuals!

Please note that some products may not be available in every area and every store. You may need to adjust as needed.

Daily Breakdown & Recipes

This is just a suggestion of how to order these meals, but you can do them any way you like!

Where is Day 7?

Day 7 typically falls on a Saturday at my house, so I leave that full day for leftovers. One of the easiest ways to save money on groceries is to use them all up.

This not only keeps us from throwing away a bunch of food, but also makes us more intentional with what we buy.

I also like to clean out my fridge on Saturdays, so I start with a clean slate for the next week!
