Ingles Weekly Deals (September 13 – 19th, 2023) Meal Plan & Grocery List
To be honest, this was not a great weekly ad. There were some decent deals, but no loss leaders or major stock up prices.
We were able to make a very “Fall” inspired menu with a grocery list that came out really well on a low budget!

What’s on sale at Ingles this week?
Our total cost this week came out to $61.29 plus tax. When I did a pickup order, it came out to about $63.10, so that leaves us about $36 left in our grocery budget.
We can use that extra money to buy needed items like flour, vegetable oil, sugar, more snacks, etc.
Or we can use that to stock up on good deals like the 5lb bag of chicken thighs, pasta sauce, or dry pasta.
If you are currently working on debt repayment or saving for Christmas, you can also move that $36 over to help reach your goals!
This was not the best week for grocery shopping, but I hope this meal plan with grocery list helps you!
