Floral 30-Day Habit Tracker (FREE PDF)

We talk a lot about changing habits and creating new habits. In fact, every part of your day is probably tied to some form of routine that you do, that has just become a habit.

I am a very visual person, so I need something to keep me on track and motivate myself to keep going. This is especially true when creating or changing a habit becomes hard or challenging.

Years ago, I would challenge myself to do something for 30 days and after a week or so, I would give up. Most of the time it is because I started the challenge on a whim and never really gave much thought into why I was doing it.

Don’t wait till the 1st of the month to start this tracker either, just go ahead and start!

These habits don’t have to be grocery related either! You can use this to work on any habit in your life.

Why a tracker and questions?

I have found that if you don’t think about why, you are creating a new habit, it is very difficult to keep it going.

If it doesn’t really matter, then what is the point of following through and completing the challenge?

So, this PDF is 2 pages. This first is a cute tracker that you will color in each day as you work on your goal. The 2nd page is just as important because it will help you pre-plan your challenge and get started with everything you need.

Don’t skip page 2, this is where the magic happens! When we really see the impact of the habit we want to create, we become emotionally invested in completing the task. This is the key to success with making new habits and making them stick!

Do trackers really help?

Most of us get an idea for a new habit, and that thought just lives in our head. We have no accountability or way to track our progress.

This is where a tracker comes in! The visual aspect combined with the fun of filling it in each day, pushes us to keep going and working towards our goals.

Make it fun and beautiful, and you might just find yourself completing your goal in no time!

Hang it on your fridge or put it someplace you see every day, to be a visual reminder that you are on a mission.

You got this! I believe in you, and if you need any help along the way, come join us on Facebook. We will support you in any way that we can!
