Blank Meal Planning Sheets with Grocery List

Ready to start meal planning and not sure where to start? Today I am showing you 3 different free templates that you can use to create your own meal plan.

So, pick 1 or pick all 3, and simply print it or download it. Then start creating a plan for your family or household.

Personally, I like to start with meats, then create some side dishes. Then work in some seasonal or on sale produce. Top it off with some fruit and you have a well balanced plan!

Don’t forget to fill out the grocery list, double check what you already have, and then stick to the list at the store!

Free Template #1

This one is perfect for those that typically only cook 5 days a week!

Free Template #2

This one is more for just planning dinners each day so it is more minimal in style.

Free Template #3

This is more for the family that eats all meals at home or packs lunches to take to work.

Tips to Get Started

Just like any new habit, it takes some time to get good at it. Don’t give up if your plan doesn’t work out perfectly each week.

Give yourself some grace and keep trying. If you need inspiration for meal ideas or see other printable meal plans, check out our Facebook page and there are tons of free ideas on Pinterest!
