Slider Sandwiches on a Budget! (Free PDF)

Sliders are a great option for lunches, light dinners, snacks, or just kid-friendly meals. My 7-year-old recently proclaimed proudly at the dinner table that he is now a “Big Man” because he ate 3 sandwiches in one sitting!

Sliders can also be a great way to use up leftovers especially if it is not a ton of meat to use up. Sliders tend to be small, so those little bits and pieces work great!

1. Buffalo Chicken Sliders

*Great way to use up leftover chicken! *

This is a great one where you can make it as spicy or as mild as you like. Serve this with some chips, carrots sticks, and celery to make an easy meal!

2. BBQ & Slaw Sliders

You can totally make this cheaper by making your own bbq meats like chicken, pork or beef. Another great option is make your own coleslaw with a head of cabbage or with a coleslaw mix!

3. Veggie Hummus Sliders

*Great way to use up leftover vegetables!*

This one is easy to customize by adding your tastes. Throw on some turkey lunchmeat or cooked chicken if you want some extra protein!

4. “Everything” Cream Cheese Sliders

This is my hands down favorite busy day lunch! It hits all my favorites in one spot. Try an herb or chive cream cheese for some extra flavor as well.

5. Crispy Fish Sliders

Fun story, my kids claim they hate fish, but if I make mini fish sandwiches or fish tacos, they love them!

6. Cuban Style Sliders

This one is really good toasted or even put in a George Foreman to get that extra crisp in there!

7. Philly Steak Sliders

I can sometimes find great deals on these frozen packages of Philly steak. We usually add mushrooms to our and you can even make a version using chopped chicken!

8. Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

This one feels like a guilty pleasure with the pretzel buns and the ranch dip. I like to smash some avocado on one side of the bun, and put the ranch on the other side. So yummy!!
