Realistic Low Effort Summer Meal Plan for under $60 (Week #24)
This week, I had a few requests sent to me about the menu so let’s see if we can hit them all! Here are the messages I got:
- Less Dairy (not dairy free but just less cheese)
- Use the 3-3-2-2-1 method
- No Oven and low effort meals
- More Pantry Staples!!!

I had already mentioned that we will not be using the oven this summer, but we went super low effort this week! This means we also used a lot of pantry staples too!

Each of these meals could easily serve 4-8 people depending on appetite. So, if you are a family of four, you could have plenty of leftovers the next day for lunches.
