Slow Cooker Meals all Week
Tropical BBQ Pork Loin with Corn and Rice
A sweet and tangy mix of BBQ sauce, pineapple, and corn turns this pork loin into an easy island-inspired dinner. Serve it over rice to soak up the extra sauce, or try it with canned peaches instead of pineapple for a fun twist.

Lemon Herb Chicken with Green Beans and Rice
This bright and zesty chicken tastes fresh but still cozy, perfect for those nights when you need something simple. The lemon, garlic, and Italian seasoning pair beautifully with green beans and rice, though you can toss in frozen broccoli or peas if that is what you have on hand.

Parmesan Ranch Chicken and Potatoes with Carrots
Creamy, cheesy, and full of hearty veggies, this one is the definition of comfort food. The potatoes and carrots cook right alongside the chicken, so everything is ready at once. You can add a sprinkle of cheddar at the end if your family likes things a little extra cheesy.

Cheesy Salsa Verde Pork Loin with Broccoli and Baked Potatoes
Creamy, zesty, and perfectly mild for the whole family, this salsa verde pork is delicious spooned over baked potatoes. The broccoli adds color and a boost of nutrition, and you can swap in pepper jack or Monterey Jack cheese for more flavor or a touch of spice.

Smoked Sausage and Lentil Soup with Carrots and Bread
This simple, filling soup is the ultimate dump and go dinner for a busy night. Lentils, sausage, and carrots simmer all day into a rich, cozy meal that only needs a slice of crusty bread or garlic toast on the side. For a colorful twist, stir in a handful of spinach near the end.

French Onion Chicken with Peas and Pasta
All the cozy flavors of French onion soup turned into a complete dinner. Tender chicken smothered in savory onion gravy and melted cheese makes a comforting, hearty meal over noodles. You can also toss in a handful of mushrooms for extra richness.
