Big Flavor, Low Cost: 3 Stuffed Meals for $30 (MM#18)

Looking for dinners that are budget-friendly, family-approved, and a little more exciting than the usual routine? This Stuff It! mini meal plan gives you three stuffed recipes that kids and adults will both love—and the best part is how adaptable they are to your own preferences.

With just 16 ingredients at Walmart, I pulled together all three meals for only $28.92, proving you can keep things fun, flavorful, and frugal all at once.

Grocery List Needed for the Mini Menu

If you want to see the full shopping list on Walmart in your area, all you have to do is click my Walmart Grocery list and change the zip code to your area. *This is an affiliate link, and I do make a small commission on any purchases, but at no additional cost to you!*

**** Please note, that every once in a while, an item that I pick turns out to be regional. This means that it may be a much higher price in some areas. Always double check the list and if you see an item that is much higher than normal, just adjust as needed.

Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells with Green Beans

This is a super-easy dinner if you use precooked chicken, like a cold rotisserie chicken. One chicken usually has about 4 cups of meat, so we will spread this chicken out over two meals!

BBQ Chicken Zucchini Boats with Cornbread

Stuffed zucchini boats are a fun way to eat your vegetables, but not really taste like it! This can easily be switched up and use pulled pork as well. I personally love the Jiffy brand corn muffins, and you can’t beat the price.

Taco Biscuit Bombs with Southwest Corn

This is another fun one that is always a hit! This can easily be made with leftover taco meat and works well with leftover sloppy joe meat, too. Be careful not to overstuff the biscuits, or your filling may leak out.

Possible Variations

For the quickest weeknight meals, we went with a rotisserie chicken, but you can easily use any pre-cooked chicken you like. Personally, I am a big fan of baking chicken in the oven, slicing it, and then freezing it for later, so that is a great option too!

If you are not a fan of traditional alfredo, check out the sauce aisle because I am seeing lots of new options, including bacon-flavored, creamy pesto, and so much more!

For the taco biscuit bombs, you will want to either make fewer, bigger biscuits or more smaller biscuits. For dinner, I prefer the jumbo style, but I also make similar stuffed biscuits for breakfast or lunch and use the smaller ones!
