8 Yummy Dinners with Frozen Meatballs

Frozen meatballs are definitely a low-cost freezer staple that I always keep on hand. While my kids love the classic of spaghetti and meatballs, sometimes you just want to branch out and try them in a new way.

Here is my collection of fun and delicious dinners that start with a bag of Frozen Meatballs. Keep in mind that you can also totally make meatballs from scratch and freeze them yourself too!

Meatballs for Dinner

1. BBQ Meatballs with Mashed Potatoes

This one can easily be switched up to serve over rice or even noodles. Lots of possibilities here!

2. Biscuit Meatball Cups

This is one of the fun dinners that you can actually eat on the go! Busy sports night or school event, bring your dinner to go easily with a biscuit cup.

3. Italian Meatball Soup

Soup is one of my favorite ways to use up leftover vegetables! This is a great quick dinner with lots of vegetables too.

4. Meatball “Cheesesteaks”

To me this is a much quicker and easier way to make cheesesteaks and it’s a lot cheaper too! All the flavor without the cost of buying steak!

5. Meatball Stroganoff

This is a favorite dish at our house and there are so many variations you can do too! Skip the Cream of mushroom and do a simple milk based sauce or use a cream of celery or cream of potato soup!

6. Meatball Subs

I love a good meatball sub and I really love to use these pasta sauces with extra veggies too. This way my kids have no idea they actually eating a ton of veggies as well as a yummy dinner!

7. Sweet and Sour Meatballs

This is a great quick dinner that is so yummy! We switch this up and serve it with spaghetti noodles too.

8. Teriyaki Meatball Bowls

I am a huge fan of rice bowls, so why not make one with meatballs? Tons of options here and a great leftover buster too!
