Cinco De Mayo is coming soon, and I also just love Mexican flavors, so this week we will do some low-cost dinner options with a Mexican twist! These are not going to be authentic Mexican cuisine, but they are easy meals that you can make quickly and are super yummy.
I like to show a variety of options as well as price points, so the cost per serving typically will be between $1 to $3 per person. The suggested servings for each dish will vary depending on appetite as well as if you serve other items at the same time.
