8 Frozen Cauliflower Side Dishes!
Cauliflower gets such a bad reputation, but it’s really because cauliflower by itself doesn’t taste like much! We can totally change that by adding some common ingredients to make cauliflower the new side dish in town!
We have compiled some of our favorite ways to upgrade frozen cauliflower but I have a fabulous tip that can make a huge difference. If you want to roast frozen cauliflower, you really need to start by preheating your pan.
Instead of plopping frozen cauliflower on a cold pan and put it in a hot oven, I want you to put the pan in the oven while the oven is preheating. Then once the oven is ready, carefully remove the pan then add your frozen cauliflower. This will keep it from turning into mush!
